ConTeXt sources are very well documented, and it is possible to generate a pdf of the documentation by
texexec --module --pdf filename
or with luatex
texmfstart texexec --module --luatex filename
modules.pdf is an effort to keep generate the documentation for all the ConTeXt sources, organized by category and the order in which they are loaded.

[edit] A note about distributing modules.pdf
modules.pdf tend to be huge in size. This means that one has to download and view them offline. I am wondering if it is possible to have the sources compiled to separate documents and then link them together in a "cover" pdf. This way, the reader only needs to download the part that he/she wants to read.
It will also be nice to have a link to these individual pdfs on source.contextgarden.net. That way, it is easy to get a printout of the documentation. You do not need to compile the source at your end.
