\placefootnotes

Syntax

\placefootnotes[...,...=...,...]
[...,...=...,...] see \setupfootnotes

Description

Place unplaced footnotes. Has no visible effect if location=page, but can be used to place footnotes (or endnotes) made when location=text was in effect.

Example

\setuppapersize[A8]

\setupfootnotes[location=text]

Spam, spam, eggs, and bacon\footnote{and spam}
Well, there's egg and bacon; \crlf
egg sausage and bacon; \crlf
egg and spam; \crlf
egg bacon and spam; \crlf 

\placefootnotes

\setupfootnotes[location=page]

egg bacon\footnote{sausage} and spam; \crlf
spam bacon sausage and spam; 
spam egg spam spam bacon and spam;
