context.cnf:

• Add the 'data' path to OPENTYPEFONTS
• Switch TEXINPUTS to using $progname instead of hardcoded context (this allows the handling of latex files by texexec)
• bump the trie_size for context
• an additional set of array sizes (also for latex processing)
