Why is cow.pdf preceded by "sample/" ? The MetaPost example works without it, and the tikz is currently broken anyway.
Without "sample/", I can copy and paste the code and it works (assuming I've got \setupexternalfigures[location=default] or similar). But with "sample/", I have to edit the examples.
