READ THIS FIRST:

For technical reasons,

http://dl.contextgarden.net/support/npp/

is the current location of the Notepad++ zip, updated to version 5.9.8. The legacy zip is still there below; the rest of this page should be edited after the latest package finds a proper home.

===========

This is a support package for the now standard Unicode build of Notepad++, version 5.14. I am leaving the old package

File:Npp ConTeXt.zip

intact for now for users who prefer the ANSI build for some reason, although most commonly used plugins have been ported to the Unicode build. See the updated Readme for details. For new users, only those who are still on Win95/98/ME need to concern themselves with the ANSI version.

Info: This is a support package by Idris Samawi Hamid for ConTeXt in Notepad++ (Npp) version 4.5 (released Nov 1, 2007). Npp uses a more sophisticated GUI than Scite, has global bidirectional support as well as lots and lots of text-manipulation utilities It provides most of the tools already present in Hans' Scite distribution, in both run and script form; full support for ConTeXt syntax highlighting; there is also folding support, including a small package for doing \start-stop<section|footnote> -- this module will become obsolete in mkiv. Other features include the Explorer and XBrackets plugin.
