It's not at all clear exactly what's desired here in the LaTeX example, and it looks like there are two or three somewhat different things being shown all at once. I think it would probably be better to separate this out into a number of different chunks that each cover only one thing.
Also, the ConTeXt solution is almost completely unexplained....
