Wikiproject Navboxes

We have navboxes! See {{Columns navbox}} for an example. Now we want to roll them out to many other subjects. Guidelines:

• Be bold. Don't worry about overlap or importance: if you feel a navbox would be nice, go ahead and make it.
• Call the template something like {{Topic navbox}}.
• For now, err on the side of including pages
• That's it!
