Description
The most prominent and only predefined combined list is the table of contents.
\setupcombinedlist inherits from \setuplist.
Example
\setupcombinedlist[content][list={chapter,section,subsection}] % same as \setupcontents[list={chapter,section,subsection}]
Beware, unnumbered headers (\title, \subject etc.) won't ever appear in a list!
