Summary
The command \fillinline creates fill-in lines.
Settings
Description
A line on which the reader may fill in an answer.
Typically the fill-in line is its own paragraph, because it behaves a bit oddly: it pushes the actual fill-in field to the right of the line, and it does not work well in vertical mode (see example).
