sectionnumber: (partnumber|chapternumber|sectionnumber|...)
  yes -> show also 'sectionnumber' before page number
  example: partnumber=yes,chapternumber=no => 1 - 8 (part=1, page=8)

To remove page numbering entirely, set an empty location: \setuppagenumbering[location=]

Note: Page number conversion (at least) is no longer set by this command in MkIV! Instead, see \setupuserpagenumber.

Page number location and style changed.
