This is not the place to ask general questions about ConTeXt.  If you have a longer question, the best thing to do with it is create a new page (see [[Help:Editing]] for how to do that) with a description of the problem, and put the special text <code><nowiki>{{howto}}</nowiki></code> in it, which will cause it to be listed on the [[Category:How to]] page.  If you have a short question that is appropriate for the [[FAQ]], you can add it there, and leave the answer blank. If you have a question that you wish to discuss, the best place for that is the [http://www.ntg.nl/mailman/listinfo/ntg-context ConTeXt mailing list] or the "Discussion" page associated with a particularly relevant Wiki page, though you can also use the [[Talk:FAQ|FAQ's "Talk" page]] if there's not an obvious choice.

:: Actually, it says "in the spirit of the GNU general public license". This made me suspiciuos, since if it were available under GPL, then why not say so plainly. The sentence as written could imply that it's not formally GPL, but it's "in the spirit", i.e. inspired by GPL. Also, I couldn't find the license text in the distribution. History

  • On July 25, 2020, the NoTitle wiki extension was installed.
  • Since July 1, 2020, this wiki and live.cg.net and source.cg.net are all using ConTeXt version: 2020.06.30 17:30 (LMTX).
  • Since May 28, 2020, we are running on a new mediawiki core, version 1.34.1.
  • The 13th ConTeXt Meeting took place in Bassenge-Boirs, Belgium on September 16–21, 2019.
